The Management & Staff at WebTRIM wish you and your team a very Merry Christmas and a Successful New Year. May peace, love and prosperity follow you always. I hope you are able to take some time off, to enjoy some R&R with your family and friends.

The Collison Repairs industry is facing many challenges and is constantly changing. One thing that does not change is the continued importance of managing your business and looking after your customers.

As the year draws to a close and everyone is working hard to complete jobs for customers & get ready for a well-earned break, it’s time to reflect on the past year.

Thank you to all our customers, partners & suppliers for your continued support in 2019, it’s been a great year. There have been many changes in our industry this year and next year looks like it will also be full of challenges.

2019 – Year in review

We have welcomed many new customers to WebTRIM and introduced many changes suggested by our existing customers.

In 2019 WebTRIM has refreshed our IT infrastructure to better support our customers and position us for the next growth phase. We have also introduced new features & enhancements:

- Launched new WebTRIM website

- Introduced Smart Scheduling

- Launched new WebTRIM essentials product

- Upgraded our server infrastructure

- Pre & Post repair inspection checklists

- Enhanced QA tools

- Updated workforce attendance

- Touch enhancements for tablet & smartphone

The planning for 2020 is already well underway with new features for:

- Photos

- KPI reporting & management

- Performance benchmarking
