WebTRIM eXpress
WebTRIM eXpress is a web-hosted application, therefore there are no specific hardware requirements. A broadband internet connection being essential.
Credits for WebTRIM eXpress can be purchased online, a secure facility for purchasing is provided within the application.
Each credit purchased allows you to import a single job into WebTRIM eXpress, there is no limit as to the number of times this same job is re-imported – this will not use any additional credits.
WebTRIM eXpress caps the number of credits used in any week to 20 credits. For example, if you import 35 new jobs into the system on a weekly basis – you will only be charged 20 credits per week. However, if import less than 20 jobs per week, you will only be charged for the number of new jobs that are imported.

WebTRIM Professional
The WebTRIM Professional package is more than just a piece of software. It requires planned training, implementation and ongoing guidance. An implementation could involve changes to processes, roles and culture.
As a result, we frequently work with talented industry consultants and groups to perform training, implementation and guidance where necessary. Our commitment to deploying the application to suit your business needs requires us to be flexible. If you would like us to work with your accountant, local consultant or head office – this is not a problem, we encourage it!

Workshop Barcode Stations (supply only)
The workshop barcode stations allow your workers to record attendance, scan on and off job sheets, communicate with the office, and perform various other functions. The barcode station consists of the following components:
1x HP Thin Client (T5530)
1x HP 19” LCD Screen
1x USB Scanner Handle
1x Scanner Handle Bracket
1x WebTRIM Scanner station Cabinet
1x Thin Client Configuration
The number of Workshop Barcode stations required is dependant on the layout and size of your workshop. Generally, a Small Business will purchase one scanner, Medium 2-3, and a Large business will purchase 3-5 stations. You must organise network cabling and 240v power at the locations in the workshop where the barcode stations are to be placed – this is not included in the barcode station price.

Server Requirements & Setup
The WebTRIM application is commonly installed on the same server as your quoting package. The choice of whether to use an existing server or purchase a new server is dependant on several factors, including current server specification and load. Please contact WebTRIM prior to purchase to ensure that your server is capable of running our application. If required, you can purchase a new server directly from WebTRIM. These servers are pre-configured for maximum application performance, and where it is also replacing your Quote package server; we can liaise with the vendor to ensure a smooth changeover.
WebTRIM requires a web server with MySQL5 and PHP5. We highly recommend Windows 2003/2008 or Linux based servers to run our application. These operating systems provide the greatest performance and stability.

Please note, all prices for WebTRIM Professioanl quoted are in Australian (AUD) dollars and exclude GST. For New Zealand (NZD) pricing, please contact WebTRIM for a separate quote. Prices quoted are for repair facilities whose primary source of income is car repair - for truck repair facilities, or other industries please contact WebTRIM for a quote.
WebTRIM Distributors
You can either purchase WebTRIM Professional or WebTRIM eXpress directly from WebTRIM Pty Ltd, or you can purchase from our distributor.
PPG Industries, in both Australia and New Zealand, are official distributors of both WebTRIM eXpress and WebTRIM Professional packages. PPG have people specially trained so they can demonstrate, implement and provide high-level advice on management issues utilising WebTRIM packages. Having a local familiar face that can call in and provide training and advice often makes a difference. PPG can also package their popular quoting application with WebTRIM in a great deal.
