There is no need to re-enter information into our package - as soon as it is entered into your Quoting Package, it will appear in WebTRIM. You change a Due Out date, a line item value, add in a supp, and so on, it all appears immediately in WebTRIM. We integrate with every major quoting package in both Australia and NewZealand.The advantage of not being a quoting package, is that we focus solely on the operation and management of repair facilities. We are not bogged down with the constant changes in interfacing with various insurers, implications of real time real money, and so on – we let the Quoting packages handle these headaches!

This allows us to focus on what is actually required, and has meant that our reporting, concepts and tools are far beyond any package that claims to provide both management and quoting package in one. In simple terms, our dedication to providing accurate information to make correct business decisions means that we are the leaders in our field. WebTRIM Essentials
By distributing the quoted revenue into real processes that occur on the shop floor, WebTRIM not only knows the cost of each process compared with its revenue, but can also accurately identify the profitability of each worker, estimator, assessor, insurer, vehicle make and model, or on a single job basis. This information is completely automated and derives from the simple process of printing a Job Sheet, and then having the worker start and end a task.

    Adding our scheduling package is an important aspect of understanding the needs in a progressive repair facility; the process of booking-in and scheduling work. Developing a booking-in and scheduling facility is by no means an easy feat. The fundamental problem revolves around the fact that there are so many variables in the repair process. Unlike manufacturing, we can not predict that a process will take a set amount of time to complete - so how is it possible to produce a reliable booking-in and scheduling facility? The success in such a facility relies on its ability to be flexible and easily changed. Taking onboard the pros and cons of manual planning boards, diary systems, complex equations and the skills of successful operators - we have been able to develop a solution that meets the needs of a continually changing environment.

    We have also taken into account that there is no standard across the industry when it comes to booking-in and scheduling work. In terms of booking-in, some operators will have a set number of vehicles that are either due in, or due out per day. Other operators adopt a capacity based approach, and will split up a job into its base components (ie. Paint and Panel), and then fill up each day to a pre-defined capacity level.

    Due to the environment that these devices are intended for use, we can equip your tablet with carbon fibre backing. The provides scratch resistance to the back surface area of the tablet, and will extend the lifetime of your tablet device. Carbon Fibre backing will allow technicians to place tablet devices on surfaces without concern for scratching, or damage to the rear of the device. The front is protected naturally by tempered (Gorilla) glass and we have found in testing that any film covering reduced the responsiveness of the device.
