Easy to understand efficiency reports provide you with a one line entry per worker, highlighting such figures as actual attendance verse paid attendance, idle time, volume of work produced verses target, and efficiency of results. Like most reports in WebTRIM, this can be expanded with a single click to display the same information for the preceding 13 weeks, and includes averages and totals. This method of expansion means that you can very quickly gauge whether the performance levels are consistent, increasing, or decreasing compared with the average for the quarter.
Due to the way in which we dissect jobs into real shop floor processes, we have been able to create true financial-based performance reports for each worker. These reports provide a direct comparison between what you pay to each worker, and the revenue associated with their production. It even tells you what each worker’s sale rate is per hour, and the profit per hour achieved. The impact that this report has on managers and owners can only be described as jaw-dropping. We must advise that this report takes no prisoners!

Many of our clients have staff that are paid well over $100k a year, but the difference is that it is completely justified. The simple matter of comparing the wage to revenue provides them with the assurance that the staff member is worthy of their payment.
